After 30 years of experiencing both the practical and commercial aspect of all types of spas; I have invaluable experience for any client planning to open a new spa or those looking to improve the performance or planning a refurbishment of an existing spa.

I offer bespoke services for new spa builds and project management work which range from business and financial modelling, feasibility studies, space planning, spa concept creation, procurement and recruitment through to creation / project management of the pre & post opening operational critical path. I can help to create, develop and launch your spa, ensuring you are set up for success from day one of opening.
For existing Spas who require change management or quality/financial performance management, I offer a range of Spa Business Development modules. These modules will ensure your spa business is maximised and efficient whilst continually achieving the best possible customer experience.
Using my extensive experience in both new spa builds as well as existing spa refurbishments, I help you to build and develop a successful, unique and profitable spa. My expertise and knowledge of the industry will ensure your spa delivers in all areas; visually, efficiently, effectively and profitably.
