A little bit about my spa services...

I provide bespoke services for new spa builds and project management work including pre & post opening, managing the operational critical path. I can help to create, develop and launch your spa, ensuring you are set up for success from day one of opening.

For existing spas who require change management or quality/financial performance management, I also offer a range of Spa Business Development modules. These modules will ensure your spa business potential is maximised and efficient whilst continually achieving the best possible customer experience.


One of my biggest passions lies in business development. I offer a complete health check service of your existing spa by analysing and troubleshooting all aspects of the operation to significantly improve both the financial & quality performance. By offering total flexibility of all spa consultancy modules, I am able to help you build and develop a successful, unique and profitable spa (new and existing).
